Perhaps the thought of engaging a communications consultant conjures up images of hiring a battery of fast-talking technicians. People who come in, tear out and disrupt your present phone system, sell you a fancy new one after your normal daily routine has gone thoroughly haywire, and take their money and run; never to be seen again.

We do none of the above. We do nothing to disrupt the routine of your organization. We are not vendors, and won't sell you equipment. And once you've engaged us, we remain your consultants for you to consult whenever you like.

Here's how we do our job.

First we analyze your complete communications needs, department by department, starting with a survey of incoming, outgoing, and internal calls, including local and long distance. Sometimes we find outdated or surplus equipment. But we don't bother anybody working for you, and we don't try to sell you anything.

Next, we compare your actual communications facilities with what you are paying the Phone Company. Many times we find overcharges, and get our client's immediate refunds plus interest. Then we determine whether the phone company's lines or trunks are right for the needs of the organization. Then we conduct a message register study of all additional message units you're charged for, to verify the accuracy of the charges. Here again we've saved our clients money.

Then we analyze your long distance calls over a yearlong period, and recommend from a range of methods that can guarantee you sharply reduced rates.

Finally, we evaluate your present communications system in the light of your needs and in the light for technological advances in the field. Then we recommend ways to modify your system to improve efficiency and flexibility, and so save you money. But all we sell you is our brains. And they're at your disposal whenever you need them.
